Unfortunately, STI will have to close all operations during this period. more on the Soar Truckee site ->>...
The egg has been on the move faster than anyone could write it up!

Sept 27: Peter Kelly received the following report from Leon Edling. It seems the Egg is now back at Air Sailing, having moved no less then four times in less than a month.
Sept. 18: afternoon the PASCO Egg was whisked from Truckee and went to Minden.
Barry R. Danieli picked it up in his ASH-26E motor glider "5M" late in the afternoon after a great flight in the high Sierra.
9-11-09: Lee Edling flew from Air Sailing to Williams to "recapture" the Egg for ASI. Congratulations Lee for the great flight. Read about the flight on the Williams Forum and on the Valley Soaring Website.
Air Sailing's celebrating was short lived. Per Lee Edling's email "That was fast! Air Sailing had the PASCO egg for one day."
9-12-09: "Hans Van Weersch, 3U, landed at Air Sailing today (9-12-2009) when he couldn't make it back into Truckee. He and his flight qualify for the egg, so away it goes. Last seen, Hans was behind one of our tow planes after the weather had calmed down, headed for Truckee."
The soaring season is still good for awhile. Are we going to let the Egg sit out the winter at Truckee?
